Privacy & data
We store what you type into the audit and the tools so we can produce your report and your workspace, plus anonymous usage events so we can see where the product loses people. We do not sell or share your data, and you can have it exported or deleted on request.
What we store
- Your audit answers, scores and generated report
- Your email address if you unlock a report, save a tool result or buy the OS
- Tool inputs and outputs, so results stay available at their link
- Workspace content: everything generated for your OS, and your progress
- Product events (page views, audit started/completed, tool runs, purchases) with a random session identifier — no IP addresses are stored in readable form
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with advertisers
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels
- We do not use your business data to train external models
If you give us your email you receive the thing you asked for plus a short, relevant follow-up sequence. Buying the OS stops the acquisition sequence automatically. Every email has one primary action and you can stop them at any time by replying.
Access and deletion
Ask us and we will export everything we hold about you, or delete it. Deletion removes your lead record, queued emails, workspace and links your audit to nobody. It is immediate and not reversible.
Security
Workspaces are isolated per account and opened with a private link that functions as a credential — treat it like a password. Secrets stay server-side. Actions that cannot be undone require explicit approval rather than happening automatically.
Estimates
Every number on this site is modeled from your own inputs using published assumptions, which are printed alongside the result. They indicate size and direction. They are not guaranteed savings.
